Seven (07) pedagogical workshopswere held at a Municipal Health Center in the city of Curitiba – Parana State, Brazil. The workshops lasted about two hourswith the application of the steps of the problem-based method. These educational practices brought about social support, information and support to relieve stress and labor fear.
