Unele aspecte privind starea stejăretelor şi a gorunetelor de provenienţă generativă sub masiv din Republica Moldova

Despite the exceptional value of Quercus forests for the Republic of Moldova, currently sessile oak, pedunculate oak and fluffy oak forests are in a very advanced stage of ecological imbalance, degradation and destructuring, which causes frequent and extensive drying processes in their mass. The pre...

The precarious state of these valuable forests of the past is a direct consequence of the negative effect of the management regime inadequate for the bioecology of these species, associated over time with abusive grazing, illegal logging, etc. Although most Quercus forests in the Republic of Moldova are currently managed as regular high forests. Most of them are of vegetative origin and require conversion works from the coppice regime to the high forest regime.
