As a method of research used the systematization of experiences; the methodological instruments were headings and questionnaires to retrieve opinions of the trainers as well as the opinion and feelings experienced by the participants when attempting to link theory with practice. As pedagogical device a workshop was held for the production of texts from the Seminar of analysis of teachers' work I and II. It was implemented collaborative work, and the Socratic questioning.
