This research identified and analyzed each element that offers the effect to conflict resolution based on mass media information, literature review, and depth interview with the head of village and section head of conflict management in Jambi. However, this article identified through mediation is the best way to resolve the conflict. Each actor and condition of the place will give effect to the success rate for that conflict to be resolve through mediation.
