Therapeutic exercise is considered a key element in the care plans of Physiotherapist. The aim of this study was to develop and implement a pilot project in an instrument to verify the relationship taken by intensive care physiotherapists between the degree of interaction of patients with prescription of therapeutic exercises. Methodologically this is a pilot cross-sectional study conducted with Physiotherapists an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Bahia. The instrument was composed based on criteria that determine the stages of Early Mobilization (EM) and therapeutic exercises oriented protocols available from the Brazilian literature. The results pointed to a tool to verify the relationship made by physiotherapists surveyed between the degree of interaction of patients with prescription of therapeutic exercises and after the pre-test, it was demonstrated that therapeutic exercises proposed in the literature were made by respondents. http://www.uesb.br/revista/rsc/v10/v10n3a07.pdfExercise;Intensive Care Units;Movement;Physical Therapy Specialty;
