The flutter of a machining center will appear when a certain machining center reaching a particular speed. The chatter will occur at a specific frequency. With the increase in the depth of cutting and the spindle speed, the value of chatter frequency will have complex changes; through the vibration test, it was confirmed that the two chatter frequencies are the natural frequencies of the product system and the spindle system, respectively.
