Description
Summary:This article aims to discuss the formation practice undertaken in a Health Committee Pilot Project for education workers (COSATE) in Serra/Espírito Santo. These committees are the result of an organized mobilization for a public policy implementation that performs health production actions in the schools of the municipality. In this sense, this work tries to articulate this field experience with some theoretical concepts of Hannah Arendt, Walter Benjamin and Giorgio Agamben works, such as: Experience, Political Action, Device, Profanation and Friendship. Such exercise helps us to support the analysis of the produced effects in the experienced journey, considering the question of how to promote the public policy by means of a formation strategy.
