Description
Summary:bjective: To analyze the effect of alprostadil combined with fosinopril therapy on renal function and oxidative stress in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were included in this study and randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=40), control group received fosinopril therapy alone and observation group received alprostadil combined with fosinopril therapy. Differences in serum renal function indexes, renal damage indexes of ultrasound contrast, oxidative stress indexes, etc were compared between two groups. Results: Serum BUN, Scr and 24 h urine protein values of observation group were lower than those of control group; the left kidney and right kidney AUC and TTP values were lower than those of control group while DPI value was higher than that of control group; serum 8-OHdG and MDA values were lower than those of control group while SOD and T-AOC values were higher than those of control group. Conclusion: Alprostadil combined with fosinopril therapy can reduce renal cortex damage in patients with diabetic nephropathy, and plays a positive role in optimizing renal function and reducing systemic oxidative stress.
