Description
Summary:The agricultural sector of production is the most risky in economy as it is enormously influenced by natural and biological factors. At the same time, this sector is a specific zone of the contact of a human with nature, therefore, solving of ecological problems and their true accounting require special attention. The purpose of the study is the statistical analysis of methodological principles of formation of amounts of contaminating substance emission into the atmospheric air at agricultural enterprises; the analysis of conducting the state statistical observation about atmospheric air protection. The article examines the modern organizational principles of ecological statistics and also the statistical analysis of methodological principles of formation of amounts of contaminating substance emission into the atmospheric air at agricultural enterprises; the analysis of conducting state statistical observation about the protection of atmospheric air receiving the statistical information about amounts of contaminating substance emission and seedbed gases into the atmospheric air from the permanent sources of pollution in Ukraine and providing the state and society with this information. The author has carried out the analysis of ecological state at agricultural enterprises, namely the amounts of contaminating substance emission from the permanent sources of pollution. The article underlines that the information about the state statistical observation about the protection of atmospheric air is used for determining the density of emission from the permanent sources in calculation per square kilometer, per inhabitant, grouping enterprises’ emission according to the reporting of UNO Framework convention about climate changes UNFCCC and also for making ecological account on the protection of atmospheric air according to the UC regulations № 691/2011 of European parliament and Council of 06.07.2011 “About European system of ecological and economical accounting”. The author highlights that the deterioration of ecological state of environment caused by activities of agroecological producers requires a special approach to the emission accounting into the atmospheric air. So, it’s necessary to establish agricultural enterprises with more responsibility and more professionally and start the practice of conducting selective observations and use additional calculations.
