Summary: | Humanization referenced by the national policy of humanization (HNP) it is what is expected in customer service together with the risk classification front to emergency services and emergency UPA 24 hours. Faced with this question, the aim of this study was to describe the perception of nursing professionals of UPA 24 hr, as for the changes implemented in the emergency room and emergency and challenges encountered since the implementation of the HNP emphasizing humanization. The study population consisted of nine nurses UPA 24hr at Sinop / MT. The research method used was qualitative, the information was collected through a semi-structured questionnaire and data analysis was made by content analysis, because it is qualitative data. It was feasible to identify the knowledge and practices of host with risk rating of nurses UPA 24h in the municipality of Sinop, which stated that they were not properly trained for such assignment, seeking to upgrade individually studying the protocols provided by the MS and the feasibility of a quality service also shown with difficulty, since there is not a network service that provides reference and counter the calls. |
