| Summary: | This paper present an ANP model building for risk assessment of office building in Da Nang city and maybe in the whole country. Survey questionaires, following thirty risk factors of investing an office building, were sent to related responsers. After analysing data, the most nineteen important risk factors of three groups: policy risk, construction risk, and trading risk were selected to form the ANP model. A case study of Bach Dang hotel complex project is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the ANP model. It support the owner for decision making based on risk assessment of two alternatives of office building of the project |
