Summary:Bringing up children in care and educational institutions is a unique task that belongs not only to teachers but also to people employed in those facilities. Psychologists, social workers, administrative workers and other employees spend so much time with the children that they become their role models. The quality of the role model they represent depends on individual values they follow. The educational process concerns basic activities such as taking care of personal hygiene, but also it lays the foundations for independence necessary in future professional work, in particular, prepares for starting work through professional activation of pupils.
