Summary: | The problem of inequality has been known in society since time immemorial and has not lost its significance to this day. Moreover, in the contemporary world, it acquires the features of a global problem, attracting the attention of representatives of various sciences, primarily economists and political scientists. In this article, certain approaches of the economists and political scientists to the analysis of the issues of inequality and its consequences are considered.
