Summary:The present research surveyed the relationship between organizational health and teachers’ job satisfaction at high schools in Kaleibar high-school and the second district of Tabriz in 2010-2011. The research method was descriptive - correlation. The statistical population was 871 teachers, among which 346 people was chosen using the Morgan's table. The sampling method was ratio simple random sampling. To gather the data two standard questionnaires namely (OHI) and (JDI) for organizational health and job satisfaction respectively were used. To analyse the data descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation coefficient, and T-Test) were used. The sesuls showed that there was no meaningful relationship between organizational health and teachers` job satisfaction institutional level, but there was meaningful relationship in administrative and technical level. The results also showed that there was a meaningful difference in regard to organizational health in kaleibar and second district of Tabriz, male and female schools, but there was no significant difference between the two areas in the case of job satisfaction.
