Selected aspects of Lentinus edodes (Berk.) Sing. biology in Poland

Glucose, mannose, maltose and starek have been shown to be the optimal carbon sources for Lentinus edodes. The most intensive growth took place at 35°C and pH 3.5. The greatest increase In mass occurred at 25°C.
