Our research guides the processes of Portuguese and French decolonization in Africa -Mozambique and Algeria, respectively -and the framework of tensions formulated facingthese movements. We explored the construction of a political-administrative discoursethat reflected itselfonthe legal structures, social projects and political conjunctures of suchcountries. Inscribed from a comparative perspective, our textbuilds from documentary research an analytical framework that questions the colonialist projects maintained by Portugal and France and the arguments that supportedthem.http://seer.upf.br/index.php/ph/article/view/12488/114115928decolonization.islamsecularity
