Summary: | Description of defect structure of radiation materials is given on micro-, meso- and macrolevels. On the first of these levels, nuclei of defects are presented with help of ensemble of potential reliefs, which are realized in strong-nonequilibrium crystal state. Taking into account hierarchical coupling between different structure levels, evolution of defect structure with arbitrary number of such levels is studied. A new characteristic of crystal structure is defined to be a complexity determining a measure of disorder in hierarchically constrained ensemble. |
