Life-threatening complications such as fetal hydrops, cardiac failure, superior vena cava syndrome, and cardiac tamponade caused by these teratomas have been reported. Early surgical excision is curative. We present the images of a mature intrapericardial teratoma diagnosed in an asymptomatic neonate.
