Materials and Methods: This is a descriptive research of correlational type. The statistical population of the study included all female-headed households in Isfahan during the first half-year of 2018. A convenient sampling method was used and 341 subjects were chosen. To collect data, the Parenting Stress Questionnaire developed by Abidin and QoL questionnaire (WHO-36) were used. Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis were employed for data analysis. Findings: Results showed a significant correlation between parenting stress and quality of life of female-headed households (P<0.01).
