Summary:It is undeniable that contemporary society is been urgent of professionals having human qualities, which gestate in the course of professional training. Thus, it is necessary to specify the kind of professional and how this goal in the whole formative context is structured, so that the leading strategies for accomplishing it should propitiate the ways for the attainment of an efficient graduate in the cultural, social and economic development of the society where they be part of. The professorship anthropological training is quite significant in the formation of professionals prepared for the demands of the contemporary society. The present article deals with the theoretical considerations that allow the analysis in regards to the professorship anthropological training, who as axiological-cultural managers have human qualities that make possible to deep into the essence and existence of social conscious individuals who should be trained in the school grounds.
