To fill the gap, this study adopting a survey methodology with a random sample of employees in public offices and organizations of Iran, investigated factors with a potential affect on the successful introduction of suggestion systems in the organizations. We were especially interested to investigate the role of organization mission (industrial vs. non-industrial), as the adoption of suggestion systems has been relatively in industrial organizations. Research results show that organization mission through intermediating variables such as leadership style, organizational culture, organizational structure and processes have indeed statistically meaningful effect on the success of suggestion systems.
