Analysis of transcript sequences of hemocyanin of Baikal amphipod Eulimnogammarus verrucosus revealed a broad heterogeneity of hemocyanin isoforms, which were divided into 2 distinct groups on their amino acid sequence and have different calculated molecular weight and isoelectric points.
