Summary: | The article deals with the analysis of the particularities’
activities of the officer-organizer of moral and psychological support. The
definition of such concepts as «problem» and «problematic situation» are
given. Also the analysis of previous researches in the field of psychology
on the study of practical thinking has been carried out. The classification
of problematic situations is proposed basing on the research of leading
scientists. The main purpose of the author is to form and to substantiate
theoretical model of practical thinking of an officer-organizer of moral and
psychological training in the military unit. The peculiarities of the tasks of
moral and psychological support through the functions performed by the
officer of moral and psychological support are determined. Using a concrete example that the practitioner applies all the functions assigned in a
balanced and harmonious manner shows that his activity is multifunctional. It is also grounded that there is a significant proportion of tasks that
require the formulation of the problem, supercomplex tasks, are present in
the practice of the officer-organizer of moral and psychological support.
The solution of these problems especially requires the development of advanced practical thinking. The analysis of the relation of concepts is made:
problem – strategy – solution. The above mentioned theoretical model demonstrates the reduction of the «uncertainty zone» in the process of practical
thinking from the formulation of the problem, the choosing of the strategy
to the development of a specific solution. |
