Our experience of diagnosis and treatment of congenital penile curvature

<p align="LEFT">Congenital chordee unlike acquired one has a number of peculiarities that should be taken into account when making a diagnosis and performing surgical treatment. There are also differences in determining the indications for surgery and managing the early and late postoperative period in these patients. The surgical treatment was analyzed in 24 patients. Particular importance is attached to the diagnosis of this pathology using a vacuum-compression device and to the feature of its application in the early postoperative period after different surgical interventions for congenital penile deviation. Considering that fact that there are few publications on the analysis of surgical treatment for congenital penile deviation in the literature references, we decided to share our observations. The main objective of this investigation was also to study early and late complications after different surgical treatments for congenital chordee and to show our experience in their management using local negative pressure therapy.</p><em></em>
