Summary:In the paper the load models of the dynamic forces generated during jumps and squats taking into account random changes in the amplitudes of the forces are presented. The models were elaborated on the basis of series of laboratory measurements of continuously and rhythmically performed jumps and squats in frequency range 1.40-3.80 Hz.
