Contesting discrimination and statelessness in the Dominican Republic

Many decades of unregulated migration of Haitians whohave come to live and work in the Dominican Republic haveresulted in a significant population whose status is uncertainand who are vulnerable to widespread discrimination andabuses of human rights.
