The descriptive analytical approach and a questionnaire were used to collect data after verifying its validity and stability. The sample of the study consisted of seventy employees from Jarash, Ajloun and Irbid in the tourism sector. The results showed that the obstacles were high on all aspects and, in addition they indicate that there were no statistically significant differences in the main variables of the study such as gender or educational qualification. Differences were found on the variable of experience, especially for the most experienced. The researchers make some recommendations such as the need to take into account the list of obstacles that have been included in the questionnaire and the need to find appropriate solutions to such issues.https://www.ajhtl.com/uploads/7/1/6/3/7163688/article_27_vol_8_1__2019.pdfObstaclesTourism Information SystemsJordanGeographic Information Systems |
