Applying indepth interviews and observation of a mothers support group¿s, the perceptions regarding to the sexual and reproductive experiences of their patients (Latinas HIV-positive mothers) were collected. The data interpretation was based on the theoretical assumption that sexuality and reproduction are a social construction and the body is a disciplinary and biopolitic discursive practice. Among other findings, analysis indicated that healthcare workers accept seropositive pregnancy nowadays, but this acceptance comes along with ambivalence and/or intolerance to women that have more than one or two pregnancies.http://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=28420641014
