Leptomeningeal carcinomatosis or ischemic cerebrovascular disease?

Abstract A lung cancer patient suspected to have leptomeningeal carcinomatosis was referred for radiation. A careful evaluation of the MRI by a neuroradiologist revealed multiple brain infarcts. Multidisciplinary meetings are important for patient's case.
