The research had a qualitative, exploratory, approach, the method used was case study method with analysis of documents and electronic form answers. Four companies were surveyed and the results show their relationship policies are based on business strategies, observing specifics issues of their position in the agribusiness system, and the culture of Minas Gerais does not affect these definitions. Nevertheless, in daily interactions cultural traits in commercial relationships were identified and they are used to adjust activities and relationships.
