This study aims to analyze the organizational transformation model through business process reengineering strategy to improve company performance. This research is a survey research to give a detailed description of organizational transformation in creating competitive advantage. This research was conducted on the travel business (tour and travel) in South Sulawesi Province. Data analysis technique used is literature research. The results of this study indicate that the organizational transformation model on a travel business through business process reengineering strategy can improve company performance.http://economicsbosowa.unibos.id/index.php/eb/article/view/125
