Nations' qualities specify the qualities of a country. Nations' skills specify the economy and development of a country. This study explores the Islamic views and thoughts about education in the light of Ayaats from the Holy Quran and Hadiths ( The sayings of of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him) which indicate the connection between education and Islam. This paper highlights the value research and practice in Islam, dignity of teacher, teaching methods as reflected in Quran, and objectives of education in Islam.
