Modification of complete dentures according to the characteristics of the patient

Patients with total tooth loss suffered disruption to the masticatory function, appearance, and decreased quality of life. Denture can restore function and provide comfort to be used, but will reduce the aesthetic look to those who use it. Preparation of teeth for complete dentures need to be done in accordance with the needs of the patient, and not break the rules that have been obtained in dentistry. The principle of setting teeth or tooth-making will remain the same in different cases. But the impact that could lead to a dentist is making complete dentures were identics almost in all cases or patients faced. And the likelihood that this causes the patients are satisfied with the services that exist. The task of the dentist is to provide sufficient and accurate information about the complete dentures that can be changed or modified according to the patient's wishes in order to look better or nearly approaching the original tooth in general. The process of incorporation of the right gear, color and position according to the characteristics of patients can give the look more like the patients. It will have an impact on a smile and designs on someone's face. Modifications to the complete dentures will have a positive effect on the patient. Each patient has a denture that is different and unique that will be evaluated individually. In this paper, the authors give 11 reported cases of the manufacture of complete dentures which has its own characteristics. This characteristic provides unlimited possibilities to further modify the complete dentures.
