The preconcentration leads to enrichment factor of 175 and break through volume of 1750 mL. The method has good tolerance limit of interfering ions and selectivity and it has been successfully applied for determination of copper content in real sample such as blood, wastewater and river sample.http://www.ajol.info/index.php/bcse/article/view/61198Copper(II)Solid phase extractionActivated carbonFlame atomic absorption spectrometry |
