EFFICIENCY OF HERBICIDA 2,4 D IN THE CONTROL OF Raphanus raphanistrum L., AFTER-EMERGENCE IN THE PEARL MILLET

Due to the lack of research in weed control in pearl millet, the present work was carried out to evaluate the efficiency of different 2,4 D amine doses on Raphanus raphanistrum L. control in pearl millet in no tillage system. The work consisted of two experiments with distinct sowing times in autumn...

The work consisted of two experiments with distinct sowing times in autumn-winter, at FCA/UNESP, in Botucatu, SP. The experiment was arranged in completely randomized design, four treatments 2,4 D amine doses (402, 536, 670 g i a ha-1) and a product-free check, with four replications, were used for both experiments. It was verified that the 536 and 670 g i a ha-1 provided greater pearl millet plant height and dry matter, as well as no phytotoxicity symptoms. The efficiency of R. raphanistrum control was above 85%.http://rbms.cnpms.embrapa.br/index.php/ojs/article/view/132/131chemical handling: Aminol 806 BR: wild radish: vegetal covering
