Summary: | This article results from research performed with nine academic students whose objective it was to train the decision-making roles. The research consisted of four group meetings, with ninety minutes of duration, and with the use of dramatic games to reduce the anxiety. Here, we present the results of the data obtained in the first meeting, where it was possible to recognize a high rate of anxiety, besides some blocks in the role taking and role creating. We developed these findings in the next meetings, in the end, and it was possible to perceive the decreasing of the anxiety and an increase of spontaneity in the group.
