Summary:The spuriousness of De immaculato corpore (CPG 8117), attributed to St. John Dama-scene is beyond any doubt. In the anonymous note (σημε§ωμα) written after 1709 and con-tained in codex Atheniensis gr. 2337 (XVIII–XIX cc.) the arguments are summarized not only for the spuriousness of De immaculato corpore and identical to it by the contents «Epis-tle of Peter Mansur to Zacharias bishop of Dor», but also for their heretical origin. The text is published for the fi rst time and is accompanied by the Russian translation.
