| Summary: | <p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">Studying of a phenomenon of mental self-government and the factors influencing its functioning is an actual problem of psychology as one of distinctive features of a modern era consists in increase of level of a subjektivization of all public processes, increase of value of the problems connected with research of the personality as the subject of life and activity.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">The purpose of this article is the theoretical analysis of a problem of strong-willed regulation of process of self-government. The position of the author is based on a number of works of the domestic and foreign researchers devoted to various aspects of a phenomenon of self-government as sets is systemorganized processes of internal mental activity of the person on construction, maintenance and management of different types and forms of the activity.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">Self-government is considered in article, on the one hand, as the hierarchical system including a number of the interconnected levels functioning with different extent of strong-willed regulation, on the other hand, as conscious mental process which stages represent all becoming complicated organizations and proceed with a different measure of any management. The mental actions made by the person in self-government process are analysed from the point of view of their implementation in various strong-willed efforts on quality and intensity.</p>
