Description
Summary:The study is devoted to analysis of microflora spectrum in various biological materials in patients after renal transplantation. The character of the flora is strongly dependent on the infectious process localization. Gram- positive and gram-negative bacteria are found in approximately equal proportions with a slight predominance of gram-positive flora. Isolated bacteria in most cases had pronounced polyvalent antibiotic resistance. The performed analysis substantiated recommendations for rational antibiotic therapy of various bacterial infections.
