This is due to the fact that this disease is quite common form of chronic lung diseases including early and second frequency after bronchial asthma in childhood subsequent periods. According to the current national classification of BPD, highlighted some form of the disease (classic and new BPD in preterm, term BPD) and established medical history, clinical and radiographic criteria for BPD severity. Upon reaching patients 3 years of age, the diagnosis of BPD is considered illegal, stated clinical recovery or exhibiting other diagnosis, according to the current clinical picture. The aim of this study was to analyze the outcomes of various forms of bronchopulmonary dysplasia (classic and new children born preterm and BPD in children born full-term) reached three years of age, residing in the territory of the Novosibirsk region. Conducted a follow-up study showed that all groups of children with BPD is the most frequently reported outcome was recovery and atopic asthma. In the group of patients with the classical form of BPD mainly recorded bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis and obstructive.
