In the view of the above, in order to verify the formulated objective, empirical research was carried out in large companies and corporations, mainly with foreign and mixed capital, located in Poland. Data collected via a questionnaire survey was analysed using multidimensional statistical methods, such as the Yule’s phi-coefficient and Cramer’s V, as well as the following measures: gamma, contingency coefficients, Goodman and Kruskal’s, Kendall’s tau-b, Kendall’s tau-c. The conclusions drawn following the verification of research hypotheses indicate the existence of a relationship between the size and type of activity, and variables responsible for the conscious development of the organization towards efficient management within a multicultural environment.
