The objective of the project is to design a competency based management model for an operative process in a manufacturing company in Bogotá. First, the organizational competencies are defined; then, a dictionary of competencies is built for the company. Simultaneously an occupational analysis to update of manuals of functions is performed and the position profiles adjusted by the competency of the different organizational roles part of this operational process.
