Beginning from the priority of the organization objectives, pay attention to existing hierarchical relationships between the different levels of priorities, adequate to the relationship between objectives and priorities. Due to the existence of several relevant factors for determining the priorities, as well as the basic principles of Agile, shows the two methods appropriate for this environment.
