Summary:The objective was based on evaluating the impact of the service of the heavy transport companies in the Morona Santiago province, from the effect caused by the illegal transport of heavy cargo as commercial competition. It was developed methodologically from a descriptive type with a non-experimental cross-sectional design, with a population of 23 companies that make up the transport of the province of Morona Santiago del Ecuador. The people who provide service in a particular way affect directly, since they create a decrease in the price, this causes potential customers to reduce the value of service in general, resulting in a decrease in the flow that is projected per year in In terms of income, by how much day by day income is affected, they are decreasing and informality is increasing.
