We present the case of a 65-year-old patient diagnosed submitted to surgery for stage IIIC ovarian cancer five years before. At two years follow up she was diagnosed with an isolated recurrence at the level of the hepatic pedicle which was successfully removed. At 18 months follow up she was diagnosed with a large recurrence in the left superior abdominal quadrant and a liver metastasis which were resected.
