[Method/process] Selecting universities in C9 League and other Asian first-class universities as examples, it performed the statistical analysis of their informetric characteristics. This paper found out the overall profile and major characteristics of these universities. [Result/conclusion] China’s top universities have developed rapidly in recent years, especially in the total academic output, but we need more efforts to improve our academic influence. |
