Although, despite the type of disability, digital content and services should be accessible, which means it includes considerations like compatibility with assistive technologies, using enough contrast for visually impaired users, providing understandable content, etc. Many studies have shown decades before covid19 the importance of digital accessibility, including guidelines, implementation and evaluation, design and methods.
