Summary:The normal tissue growth are characterized by two major features: 1) cells stability with the proliferation-death balance 2) complete cell maturation.We propose an express method for the differentiation tumor and non-tumor processes in tissues during the operation. The coefficient of absorption of the tissues with chronic of anal fissure was below 21, adenomas – 26 and adenocarcinoma – 31 on application of γ-quantum radiation 59,6 keV. So, the difference of impulses composition for pathological process was 30%. We suggest that 60 seconds γ-quantum radiation is a new possibility for differential diagnosis of non-malignant, malignant tumors and inflammation process in rectum.
