With the emergence and protagonism of new actors, their flows of power intensified, reshaping state performance, sometimes limiting it. The transnational corporations, as non-state actors, have the peculiar transcendent character, not being restricted to Sovereign State boundaries. Consequently, there is a redistribution of power, previously owned only by States, now also in the domain of transnational corporations. For this reason, it becomes necessary to study the normative matter related to these companies, from a perspective of Transnational Law. The present study, therefore, aims at analyzing the impacts caused by transnational corporations in international relations, approaching the issue of transnormativity, through the deductive method. Based on this premise, it is concluded that the transcendence of transnational corporations raises the need for a Transnational Law, which is not limited to State borders, since these companies have their own regime and their own rules.https://periodicos.ufsm.br/revistadireito/article/view/26733atores não estataisdireito transnacionalempresas transnacionaisrelações internacionaistransnormatividade.
