Summary:Excimer laser <i>in situ</i> keratomileusis(LASIK)is a typical surgical technique which precisely cutting cornea to rectify refractive error with excimer laser. Since the safety, stability, predictable postoperative vision affirmed, it has been accepted by multiple myopia patients in recent years. AC/A is a significant composition of visual function. Nowadays, numerous scholars have pay close attention to its transformation after LASIK, and this paper reviewed the variation trend of AC/A, the influencing factors and its possible mechanisms.
